Junior Achievement of New York Hosts Annual Leadership Awards Gala
Business Leaders, Educators, Students to be honored for Exemplary Leadership, to Inspire and Prepare Young People to be Successful in a Global Economy Young Singer Dylan Jenet Collins, Winner of "It's Showtime at the Apollo," to Perform

WHO & WHAT:
Junior Achievement of New York, Inc. (JANY) will hold its 5th Annual Leadership Awards Gala, themed "The Difference for Them Starts with You." The sensational young singer Dylan Jenet Collins, winner of "It's Showtime at the Apollo" and Long Island native will be performing for the event where the economic well being and future of children in New York City and Long Island will be the central focus for more than 500 guests from Fortune 500 companies. Notable among this year's honorees will be Peggy C. Fechtmann, MetLife Executive Vice President and JANY Board Member. Also honored will be: Volunteer Leaders: Michael Feigin, Managing Director, Marsh; Patsy Lemole, Senior Superintendent, Bovis Lend Lease; Steven Sommer, Senior Vice President, Bovis Lend Lease; Raymond Totillo, Vice President, Bovis Lend Lease; Educator of the Year: David Salem, John Dewey High School; and Student Leader: Boris Manakhimov, John Dewey High School.
