JANY is pleased to announce that with your support, JA's in-school and after-school programs reached over 93,000 K-12 students in over 4,000 classes throughout New York City and Long Island.
You are part of a unique, collaborative and forward thinking global community that has embraced a meaningful message and mission to help young people reach their fullest potential in school and in life. It's a mission and a message that is gaining momentum worldwide.
Since 1919, JA Worldwide® has reached over 87 million young people around the world with its positive and relevant message of enterprise education. JA Worldwide will reach more than 8 million students during 2007. JA programs are present in 115 countries worldwide and in the U.S. alone, there are 140 JA Offices present in every major city and all 50 states. Globally, over 245,000 volunteers delivered JA programs in 287,533 classrooms. We'd like to thank our volunteers, school partners, community partners, the JANY staff and our donors for your support of JA's mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.
